We Bought a House! A Project. A Little Farm.
December 2025 - We bought a 1969 farmhouse on 5 acres, just outside of town.
It’s been vacant for a long time and the house and property are in rough shape but we see amazing potential . . . and mountain views!
Besides general property cleanup, the immediate projects include upgrading the power, installing an HVAC system, and ripping out pretty much everything in the house.
It was not financeable so we are racing to make enough updates to be able to get a mortgage and then will “finish” things up.
